REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Previous pageThis refund and return policy applies to all items purchased through Silverline Distribution and aims to clarify the return process, cost allocation, and refund rules.
I. Return Conditions
We accept returns that meet the following conditions:
The item has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly.
The item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and does not affect resale.
Returns or refunds are not supported in the following situations:
The item has been used or is damaged by the customer.
The item is missing its original packaging, accessories, or labels.
The item is unsaleable due to use.
II. Return Shipping Costs
For quality issues or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
For personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitability, or other non-quality issues): Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
III. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process:
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refund will be returned to your original payment account. Actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.
IV. Return Process
Contact customer service to apply for a return and obtain confirmation.
Send the goods back to the designated address as instructed.
We will receive and inspect the goods.
After confirming that the goods meet the return conditions, we will arrange a refund.
V. Special Notes
If the returned goods do not meet the return conditions (e.g., have been used or affect resale), we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to the customer. The customer will be responsible for any related shipping costs.
